The Clark Cougars celebrated Homecoming with a solid team effort and a win over the Stevens Falcons at Gustafson Stadium. Running back Ryan Jones racked up 145 yards rushing and caught the eye of the TSRN radio crew who named him “Player of the Game”. Read all about our heroes in the Express News.

Clark remains undefeated at 4-0. Next up for the Cougars – the Marshall Rams. GO COOGS!

Clark vs. Stevens on 930 AM

The Clark-Stevens game will be on Newstalk KLUP-AM 930, the Loop! this Friday evening.  The game pits the largest high school in our district, Stevens, against our Clark Cougars, who are 3-0 on the season.  Most prognosticators think this could be the game that determines the district title.  Be sure to show up for Homecoming and be ready to get rowdy.  GO COOGS!

The game is broadcast by the good folks at Texas Sports Radio Network (TSRN) and this week’s announcers are Bobby Stautzenberger and most likely Tony Franklin.

The Texas State Radio Sports Network has picked up the Clark vs. Stevens football game for this week.  “Stay tuned” for more information on which local station will air this District 28-5A sure-to-be thriller.

The Clark Cougars are back on the air this week.  Thanks to some generous sponsors, the Clark vs. Brandeis varsity football game will be broadcast live on KEDA-AM 1540.  Tune in for the best in local high school football coverage and tell grandapa and nana that they can also listen by going to the TSRN website and streaming it on their computer.  Thanks, TSRN and Mark Kusenberger.

The Texas Sports Radio Network will once again broadcast Clark Cougar football this year online and over the air across the TSRN Network.  Mark Kusenberger leads the broadcast team and will keep track of the plays, stats and scores while you enjoy watching the action from the stands.  It’s also a great way for friends, grandparents and others who don’t live in San Antonio to catch your son’s action.
