Lady Coogs at Six

The Lady Cougars basketball team, currently 9-0, is ranked 6th in the city by the Express News. While the rest of us were watching TV and eating pie, Kirsten Kramer was named player of the week. Congrats to Kirsten!

Deja Vu on the Border

Lady Cougars won the 2014 Border Bash in McAllen, Texas. The championship game
culminated with another game against the Churchill Chargers. The game was a close
one with Clark beating the Chargers 66 vs 65!

Football Honors for Three

Congrats to Fernando Amezcua, Chris Johnson and Trenton Ford on
being selected to play in the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football
Game presented by HEB at the Alamodome on January 3, 2015.
We are so proud to have them represent Clark High School!
We have been offered the opportunity to purchase tickets for this
game at discounted pricing. If you are interested in purchasing
tickets to attend this game to cheer on our Clark Cougars, please

Three Cheers for Cheer

Congratulations to the Clark Cheerleaders on their performance at the Cheer Star’s Annual Spirit of Giving Tournament that took place last weekend at St. Mary’s University. Team Black – High Point Team Black – 1st Place Intermediate (We Beat Brandeis!!!!)Team Silver – 2nd Place Novice
The next competition for our Cheer team is scheduled for December 14th!

Boys Hoops Beats Churchill and Hits the Road

Congrats to the Boys Varsity Basketball team on a big win against Churchill!! What a great way to start the season! Jordan Kite had an incredible night, scoring 29 points! Thanks to all the Clark
fans that came out to support the team! The team will be traveling to Pasadena, TX this
weekend for the Texas Invitational–Go Coogs!

Women’s Basketball Wins Tourney

The Lady Cougars came in First Place at the annual Southside
basketball tournament.  Kirsten Kramer and Shayla Pollard were given
Honorable Mention awards and Ria Gulley was given the MVP award. What a great
way to start the season!

“We Want Churchill!”

Volleyball handily disposed of McAllen last night to earn a spot playing against the other Regional survivor: Churchill.

 

Today, 1:00pm, same place, the Alamo Convocation Center. GO COUGARS!!!

If, no WHEN, the Coogs win this, the next stop is STATE.
