Congratulations to Robert Martin, a Clark jr. baseball player, who has been selected as KABB-TV’s “Max Scholar Athlete” of the week.  Key to wins over O’Connor and the Cougars first playoff game against Southwest, Robert talks about why he’ll always be a success – on and off the field – in this video interview.

Rozanski whips competition

Congratulations to Clark varsity football/baseball student athlete Peter Rozanski, who was named this year’s Thursday Night Light’s Scholar Athlete.  The award comes with a $5000 scholarship and an appearance on FOX 29’s Fox News First morning show with Ernie Zuniga and Monica Taylor.

Rozanski was one of twenty nominees, all from schools who appeared on the station’s Thursday Night Light football games this past season, including Brandeis, Churchill and Smithson Valley.  He also received a GIANT check presented by Six Flags Fiesta Texas representative Sydne Purvis.

Peter plans to attend Texas A&M University and major in civil engineering. He is the son of Tom and Kathy Rozanski.
