District foe Warren is listed at #3.   The Express News has the team at #4 in the area, Dave Campbell’s Texas Football has the Cougars at #16 in the state and 5aTexasFootball.com lists the Cougars at #25 in Texas.  The Clark Cougars open the season against the Churchill Chargers in the annual Gucci Bowl.
