PLAYOFFS AND REGIONAL TRACK

by on May.02, 2011, under Baseball, Softball, Track and Field

Clark’s district champion baseball team steps into the playoffs this week beginning on Thursday against Southwest. The play off schedule looks like this: Thursday, May 5, 7:30 at Northside #2; Friday, May 6, 7:30 at Southwest. If game 3 is  necessary, Saturday, May 7, time TBA at NS#2.

The playoffs ended too soon for Clark’s softball team. Following a close opening loss, 8-7, on Friday against East Central, the Cougars had a big win in the second game, 15-4, but lost another close one, 6-4, immediately after that. Congratulations, though, on what was a great season.

Clark is sending several athletes to the Regional Track and Field Meet at Alamo Stadium beginning today and concluding on Tuesday.
