by Clark Sports Fan on Oct.13, 2013, under Football
Your Clark Cougars faced the Broncos from Brandeis Friday night under the lights at Farris stadium. The Cougars got on the scoreboard first when Senior Nick Gonsalves nailed a season long 40-yard field goal through the uprights. The Cougar defense held the potent Bronco offense scoreless for the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Brandeis offense heated up, putting 21 points on the board. The Cougars added another field goal from Gonsalves, this time from 39 yards, before half time. The Cougars will take their 2-2 district record to Farris stadium on Thursday this week when they host the Mustangs from Jay.
