The Texas Association of Basketball Coaches has the Clark Varsity Men’s Basketball team ranked as #18 in the state as of Dec. 15th. SA Madison is #1 in the state and Stevens is #17.  Clark and Stevens play Jan. 16th at Paul Taylor.

According to THSCA Pressbox Services (PRESSBOXSERVICES.COM), Clark’s Jock Tilghman is the leading rusher in 5A with 2,335 yds. for an 8.0 yd. avg.  Congratulations on a great year!

The Clark Varsity Men’s Basketball team won their second district game on Saturday beating Jay 67-53.  They are now 2-0 in district play and 16- 3 overall.   The next game is Tuesday vs. O’Connor, 4:30pm at Paul Taylor.

All-American Aaron Recko, a four year letterman at Clark, was recently inducted into the Navy Athletics Hall of Fame.  Congratulations!

Wow! The AP 5A All State teams have been announced. Of the two Division 1 teams who played in the Region 3 vs. 4 state semi-final, only one player mentioned. He played for “them” and was on the 2nd team defense. Not a single San Antonio player named. Surprised?….
