The Lady Cougars fought tough but lost a close one to to Warren 42-44.  District play resumes next week against Taft.

The Men’s Varsity Basketball team remained undefeated in district play after beating Warren 67-52.  The Cougars don’t play again until next year vs. Taft.

More awards roll in for the 2008 Clark Cougars Varsity Football Team.  In a citywide online poll taken by KSAT-TV, the ABC affiliate, over half of the voters selected Jock Tilghman as the Offensive Player of the Year.  Voters also selected Clark as the Team of the Year and Head Coach Lloyd Alexander as the Coach of the Year.  Congratulations on these well deserved honors.

Anna Drewry was named to the 2008 Express News Super Team as well as All District for 28-5A in volleyball. The Purdue-bound senior adds another award to her spectacular career at Clark.  Congratulations and read more about her here.

Also, congratulations to Morgan Camp for her 1st Team selection on the 28-5A team and Ashley Healy and Claire Webster to the 2nd Team.
