Despite a 2-2 tie against a much improved Holmes team, the men’s JV soccer team won the 2009 District Championship.  Down 0-2 at the half, Carlos Sepulveda willed the team back into the game with two goals –  a slow roller over the goalie’s head and then a great shot off a great assist by Ryan Pavlich.  Congratulations, Cougars!
